Aperol Spritz Recipe

The perfect drink to make your mom this Mother’s Day! This drink is on the bitter side, so it will pair best with a sweeter meal. Here’s how to make it:


Ingredients:

-4.5 oz prosecco

-3 oz of aperol

-Splash of soda water

-orange wedge


Pour all ingredients over ice. Squeeze in the juice from the orange wedge and stir. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy! ✨


An easy way to remember this recipe is 3-2-1: Three parts Prosecco, two parts aperol, and a splash of soda water!
