Malfy Gin Grapefruit Rosemary French 75 🥂✨
As you may have seen in my latest reel, Malfy Gin was kind enough to gift me with Malfy Gin con Limone.
I made my own version of a French 75, using rosemary and grapefruit. Here’s how to make your own:
-1.5 ounces Malfy Gin con Limone
-1 ounce grapefruit liqueur
-1 ounce elderflower liqueur
-1 ounce grapefruit juice
-0.5 ounces rosemary simple syrup
-Prosecco, to top
-Grapefruit zest and rosemary, for garnish
Add Malfy Gin con Limone, grapefruit liqueur, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and rosemary simple syrup (check my Instagram Syrup Story for how to make your own) to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a large wine glass. Add a few ice cubes and top with prosecco. Garnish with grapefruit zest and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy! 🥂✨
