Rossini (AKA Strawberry Bellini) Recipe

Rossini (AKA Strawberry Bellini). While this drink is really called a Rossini, I like to think of it as a Strawberriy Bellini. Here’s how to make your own:

Ingredients:

-4 oz of strawberries

-Prosecco

-Sugar for the purée and rim, optional

Cut a slit in a strawberry and run over the rim of a champagne flute and dip the flute into a plate of sugar, covering the rim. Purée the strawberries and a pinch of sugar in a blender. Pour into the flute and top with prosseco. Enjoy! ✨
