Tonight I’m sharing my experience at The Henry on Coronado Island.
AZ folks, you know this restaurant is a local staple and I am so excited they have begun expanding outside the state so we can enjoy The Henry even more!

The Phoenix location also serves a Jalapeño Margarita, with almost identical ingredients, so if this drink looks good to you, be sure to check it out!end got the classic mule that is pictured). Both were so yummy and refreshing.
The Jalapeño Margarita consisted of jaja tequila, ancho reyes verde, lime, jalapeno, and habanero. Yes, it was spicy, but the heat was by no means overwhelming.
As someone who doesn’t like their cocktails too sweet, the jalapeño was a perfect way to balance the cocktail.
Of course, we also got chips and guacamole to go with our cocktails. The guacamole is made of roasted jalapeno, charred onion, pico de gallo, and queso blanco.
This happy hour hit the spot and was the perfect ending to our beach day.
